I do not know why I have such a strong pull to lemons, but it is real. I love the look of them, the flavor, and how bright and happy they are. I was that child that loved the original lemonhead candy growing up. I loved it partially because my siblings wouldn’t eat it because they didn’t like them, but also was just obsessed with the taste of lemon.
When time goes slow and the week seems to drag on, I need quick and easy meals. I am a big fan of lemon so this lemon chicken is one for the books.Besides seasonings, this recipe has very minimal ingredients. Who doesn’t love a quick, easy meal that doesn’t take a ton of ingredients?! Seems like the perfect way to end the week.
