Oven Baked Ground Beef Tacos


Tacos are in my top three favorite foods. How can you go wrong with tacos? They are fast, easy, and flavorful! While I lean more towards soft tacos, my husband loves him some good crunchy tacos. I discovered that if you bake the shells throughout the process, they become irresistibly crunchy and delicious.

These tacos are Taco Tuesday appropriate but are also amazing every day of the week. It takes less than 30 minute to change a normal weekday into a fiesta. Tacos are also the perfect weeknight meal because each person can put the items in their taco that they want, so no complaints! Best part? Use tin foil in the pan to make cleanup perfectly seemless.
