Nothing says fall to me like zuchinni bread, but I could definitely have it all year round! Growing up my mama was dedicated to her garden. I remember always being so grouchy having to go outside every summer morning and pull weeds from my “row” in that garden. However, since I am the baby of the family, I always got the easiest row so looking back I should not complain too much. The best part of that garden was having fresh zucchini and other veggies.

My mama used to make zucchini bread with zucchini from her garden around this time of the year and it is one of my favorite memories. I can distinctly remember getting those zuchinni from the garden and washing them off so excited for that we were about to make. Everytime I bake this recipe and smell this bread, all those fall memories flood back.
