When my husband and I got married back in 2017, one of our family friends bought us an Instant Pot. It is honestly one of the gifts that I can still remember to this day because I have had to have used it at least 100 times already. One of my favorite things to make in the Instant Pot is pasta. At first, I was concerned that the pressure cooking would not cook the pasta noodles enough or the opposite where it would cook it way too much and cause them to become mushy.
I can confident state that the Instant Pot makes pasta noodles PERFECTLY. The best part, you just put the ingredients in, and let it do it’s magic. On a busy night, or after a chaotic day where I do not want to think too much about dinner, the Instant Pot always has my back.
