I will not rest until everyone understands how amazing pasta turns out in the Instant Pot! This recipe really cannot get any easier. You literally put everything in, walk away, and come back to find the most perfect spaghetti and meatballs. My mother-in-law once told me that it tastes like the spaghetti she would get in elementary school (back when they served homemade, delicious food) because the noodles come out so soft and tender.
I honestly cannot explain how the Instant Pot elevates spaghetti and meatballs. You will not understand until you try it, but I can promise that once you do there is no other way you will want to make it. Say goodbye to that large boiling pot on the stove, and hello to the new and improve spaghetti and meatballs.
I really enjoyed this recipe! I am still new to Instant Pot cooking, and have had a lot of failures……But this is one of the recipes that I was actually successful at making! It has been added to my go to simple recipes on busy nights.
