Amy’s Pasta Salad


This recipe came from a close family friend to my mother-in-law. When I sat down to collect family recipes, Amy made sure that I got this one from her. She explained to me that it is one of her all time favorite pasta salads and she wanted to make sure it is passed on. So much of my love for cooking and family recipes have come from our mothers.

This pasta salad is quite easy and versatile. The original one called for black olives, but fun fact about me you will never catch me eating any type of olive. You can add in any veggies or meats and mix up the cheese if you would like. My suggestion would be to definitely keep the heart of this dish and the dressing, you will regret losing it.
