Honestly tacos is a meal that I could eat every day of the week and not ever get sick of it. I love that you can put anything you want on them and that they are small enough to have variation before you are completely stuffed. Tacos are definitely a usual around in my home!
Baking tacos makes them all the more better! These tacos are a little different from the oven baked ground beef tacos because they have a layer of creamy bean dip followed by a flavorful chicken mixture and topped with a heaping amount of cheese, baked to perfection!
