At the beginning of our marriage, Monday’s would be pasta night. Maybe I needed a little comfort food to start the week or maybe I was just addicted to yummy pasta? You can make that judgement call. I always looked forward to what pasta meal I would make for my family each week because who can say no to pasta?!

This baked ziti is different than others because it involved two types of meat, ground beef and Italian sausage. The ground beef gives the dish structure while the Italian sausage brings in more flavor. Beyond that, one of the best parts of this recipe is it’s so simple! Not too many ingredients, and a dump and bake meal! My family loves this dish and I hope y’all find it delicious as well.
