This chocolate sauce is straight gold. When I married my husband, I constantly heard about my father-in-law’s favorite chocolate sauce. He was so proud of his own personal recipe. I was so excited when he shared the recipe with me. We love to eat in with ice cream or dip fruit into it. My father in law can even eat spoonfuls of it straight out of the fridge. It is perfectly sweet but not too much that it overpowers.
For my entire life, Christmas meant fondue for my family. Every Christmas Eve we would have a fondue dinner and end the night with a chocolate fondue before waiting for Santa’s arrival. This chocolate is seriously perfect for fondue! I can’t wait to try it out this year and bring in two family traditions together.
