Discovering this recipe was a gift from Heaven. May sound dramatic but I am not a huge cake person. The worst is when they are dry, flavorless and have a ridiculous sugary frosting. Granted there are amazing cakes out there for sure, it’s just not one of my talents. My sister Shelby makes gorgeous and delicious cakes so I figured I would leave that job to her.
However this banana Bundt cake is one I would make every single weekend! It is so moist and fluffy. It has great banana flavor without tasting artificial. Plus anything that has cream cheese frosting, I’m all for! It’s safe to say this is definitely in the family recipe book now.
