With spring finally making its way into the year, my home has lemon everything. I love lemon scents, the look of lemons, the color yellow, and especially the taste of lemon. This cookie recipe was found in a large binder from my Grandma Joyce. She died when I was about 1 years old and so I didn’t know her too much. But through discovering her recipes, I have found myself knowing her more.
These cookies are quite delicious! With the addition of cream cheese in the middle, they are delicate and wonderful. These cookies remind me of the perfect tea party cookies and I can’t wait to have a little tea party with my grandma one day.
