Garlic Shrimp Zucchini Boats


One of my husband’s favorite foods is seafood, and especially shrimp. We strive to eat at least one seafood meal a week due to the healthy benefits, and its quite delicious! When we began our infertility journey, we decided to focus on our health more and strive to eat healthier meals. This recipe is one that we absolutely love using and do often. With just a few simple ingredients, this meal is PACKED with flavor. I promise you won’t regret making this one!

If you are in a rush and want to skip the zucchini boats, you can also chop up the zucchini and saute everthing together. We have done the recipe both ways and honestly do not have a perference on what we prefer because the flavors are so fantastic no matter which way you make it!
