I used to think that all guacamoles were on the same level of deliciousness. I LOVE guacamole. It has to be one of my favorite foods, and always has been since I was a kid. It is safe to say that my life was forever changed with I met Porter’s uncle Eran. He makes the absolute best guacamole and salsa! When we moved to Florida we had the chance to live with Eran and his wife Michelle, and their kids for a couple of months before we got our own feet under us. During this time I was able to learn from Eran all his recipes and grow as a little home chef from one of the very best. I cannot wait for my future kiddos to meet Eran and Michelle and to hear all about these recipes.
