It’s offically fall! While Florida is still in the upper 80s, lower 90s we will just pretend that it is feeling more and more like fall. Fall may be my absolute favorite season of the year. I love when the leaves start to change, the weather, the sports, and it means soup season has finally arrived! When I told my husband Porter that I wanted to post about one of our favorite soups, he immediately told me to do broccoli cheddar soup. He always tells me this is the best soup because I put a good helping of the broccoli. I don’t know about you but I really don’t love it when you order or buy broccoli cheddar soup and there are two pieces of broccoli in it. If I wanted cheese soup, I would have ordered that!
